Starting Describes how the engine is initiated. Most petrol bikes use electric starters, kick starters, or both, to commence engine operation. | Self Start Only |
Fuel Supply | Fuel Injection |
Clutch Enables the rider to disconnect the engine from the transmission temporarily, allowing for gear changes and neutral operation. | Wet, Multi-Plate |
Ignition | Digital electronic ignition |
Gear Box Indicates the arrangement of gears that transmit power from the engine to the wheels, allowing the rider to adjust speed and torque. | 5 Speed |
Bore These measurements describe the diameter (bore) and length (stroke) of the cylinder in the engine. They directly affect an engine's performance characteristics. | 78 mm |
Stroke These measurements describe the diameter (bore) and length (stroke) of the cylinder in the engine. They directly affect an engine's performance characteristics. | 86 mm |
Compression Ratio Reflects the ratio of the maximum volume in the cylinder (when the piston is at the bottom) to the minimum volume (when the piston is at the top) during the engine cycle. Higher compression ratios generally lead to more efficient combustion. | 9.5:1 |

- Himalayan Comfortable

- My Knight Fury
I had a lot of fun with my Himalayan. I love the performance of my bike, off-road it is a beast. It is very easy to handle. But it lacks a bit of power on the highway (Top SPEED- 140 KMPH). I never have any problem with the mileage. It roughly gives 29-30kmpl mileage on the highways and 26-27kmpl in the city traffic. Long-distance travel comfort is very good. Service cost will be around Rs.3500 for every 5000 km.Read More
