For Long Run I Won't Recommend
This is a very frustrating experience with the Shema Electric Scooter Eagle model. The advertised range of 100-120 km per full charge fell significantly short, providing only around 80 km initially and decreasing further to 50-55 km after two years of use, making it unreliable for longer trips. The charger's consistent short-circuiting, despite being within the warranty period, added to your inconvenience. Moreover, the unexpected denial of warranty coverage for the wire attached to the charger during the initial purchase was disappointing and led to additional expenses for repairs. The unanticipated expense of purchasing a new charger, despite being under the impression of warranty coverage, felt like a misleading practice. Additionally, the demand for a fee for warranty form completion seemed unjust, especially for minor faults. Overall, your experience with their customer service and warranty claims left you feeling dissatisfied and taken advantage of, particularly with the additional charges and lack of proper support for the product's faults.
