What is the Bajaj Pulsar 150 price?
The Bajaj Pulsar 150's price is Rs 1,10,419 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Single Disc variant, which is the cheapest Pulsar 150 variant.
What is the price of the Pulsar 150's top model?
The price of Pulsar 150 top model is Rs 1,15,418 (ex-showroom Delhi). This variant is called Pulsar 150 Twin Disc, and as the name suggests, comes with a rear disc brake.
How many variants are there in the Pulsar 150?
The Pulsar 150 comes in two variants: Single Disc and Twin Disc. The former comes with a rear drum brake, single-piece seat, and a single-piece grabrail whereas the latter gets a split seat setup, rear disc brake, and split grab rails for a sportier look. The Twin Disc also gets a fatter 37mm telescopic fork as opposed to the 31mm fork in the Single-disc variant. It also gets slightly lower clip-on handlebars and fatter tyres over the base model.
What are the colours of Pulsar 150?
The Pulsar 150 colours include Sparkle Black Red/Blue/Silver in the Single Disc variant, and Sapphire Black Blue, Sparkle Black Red, and Sparkle Black Silver in the Twin Disc version. All these colour options have black as the base shade, with stickers of different colours.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is powered by a 149.50cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which produces 14PS at 8,500rpm and 13.25Nm at 6,500rpm, and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
What is the mileage of the Pulsar 150?
The Pulsar 150 mileage is 47.5kmpl (ARAI-claimed), which is pretty decent for a 150cc sporty commuter bike. It also gets a fairly large 15-litre fuel tank so you won’t have to refuel all that often.
Is the Pulsar 150 a good bike for college students?
The Pulsar 150’s iconic styling has remained more or less the same over the years. This is loved by Pulsar enthusiasts, most of whom are young riders. So, yes, the Pulsar 150 is a good bike for college students who want the power of a 150cc bike and an old-school design. Additionally, the recent updates on the instrument cluster (now gets full-LCD console with basic smartphone connectivity) should help in keeping the bike relevant in these modern times.
Is Pulsar 150 suitable for long rides?
The Bajaj Pulasr 150 engine is pretty old, and is not very refined. You’ll be able to maintain around 80-90kmph on the highway, and the bike has the grunt to go slightly faster as well. However, the engine will feel strained and vibey at higher speeds, so it is not really advisable. That said, the large 15-litre fuel tank should ensure good range if you’re primarily riding on the highway.
What features does the Bajaj Pulsar 150 get?
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 gets a full-LCD instrument cluster with a speedometer, tachometer, dual tripmeters, odometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, clock, and a basic smartphone connectivity with call and SMS alerts. We’d have liked it if the bike had turn-by-turn navigation. Other features include a halogen headlight, USB charging port, bulb indicators, LED tail light, and a single-channel ABS.
Is the Pulsar 150 worth buying?
The Pulsar 150 is worth buying only if you’re a Pulsar fan, looking for a cheap 150cc bike. Its design has also remained unchanged over the years, and while Pulsar enthusiasts appreciate it, some may feel it looks outdated.
What are the alternative bikes to the Pulsar 150?
The best alternative to the Pulsar 150 is the Honda Unicorn. It comes with a more subtle styling, but gets a refined and bigger 162cc engine. You may also go for the Yamaha FZ Fi V3 if you’re looking for a sportier-looking bike with good mileage in the 150cc segment.
