Bajaj has been launching and updating two-wheelers like there’s no tomorrow. Let’s have a look at all the new models which Bajaj launched in the year 2024.
Bajaj Freedom 125
Price: From Rs 89,997 to Rs 1,09,997 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi)
Bajaj launched the Freedom 125, the world’s first CNG motorcycle . The motorcycle gets a cool neo-retro design and long seat which adds to the design quotient. The bike gets a 2kg CNG tank housed between the chassis and is located right underneath the rider. It also gets a 2-litre fuel tank and both combined, they deliver a real world range of around 280km.
It is powered by a 124.58cc, air-cooled, engine that produces 9.5PS at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 9.7Nm at 6,000rpm, and is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The rider has the ability to switch from CNG to petrol on the go with the help of a switch located on the handlebar.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z
Price: Rs 1,85,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is the biggest motorcycle to bear the Pulsar badge. It gets a distinct headlight which gets Z-shaped LED DRLs, a frame which is based upon the NS200 and the engine which comes straight out of the Dominar 400. A 373cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which makes 40PS at 8,800rpm and 35Nm at 6,500rpm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. It gets an LCD instrument console which gives the motorcycle features such as turn-by-turn navigation, switchable traction control, ride-by-wire throttle and has four riding modes: Road, Sport, Rain, and Off-road. It also features a five-step adjustable brake and clutch levers and gets a USB charging port.
New Chetak 35 Series Electric Scooter
Price: From Rs 1,19,999 to Rs 1,27,243 (both prices ex-showroom, Bangalore)
Bajaj has launched the new Chetak 35 Series in India and the scooter gets a host of updates. The scooter now gets a new chassis which repositions the battery underneath the floorboard allowing for better underseat storage, bigger battery, better knee room and a faster on-board charger. The 35 Series also promises longer range and gets a plethora of new features in which the highlight being the new touch-enabled TFT screen with smartphone connectivity.
Bajaj Pulsar N125
Price: From Rs 92,704 to Rs 96,704 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi)
The Bajaj Pulsar N125 is a sporty commuter launched by the Pune-based manufacturer. The Pulsar N125 is powered by a 124.58cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine which makes 12PS and 11Nm, and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. With the Pulsar N125, Bajaj aims to target young college going students and commuters which are looking for a sporty looking motorcycle with funky colour options to add a zing to their daily commutes. The bike gets a massive ground clearance of 198mm which will allow it to ride over most broken patches of road without having to even break a sweat.
2024 Updated Models
Along with the launch of new models, Bajaj also updated most of their lineup for the 2024 year giving it subtle enhancements which improved the overall experience.
