- Good option for urban ridingMy experience with the Herald Legend electric scooter for the last 6 months has been great, its ride and performance are great. The safety and reliability features of the model include BLDC motor with double disc brakes. One major disadvantage is that for long distances, the maximum speed of 25 km/hr makes it quite limited.
