About Hero Maestro Edge 110
Hero MotoCorp has hiked prices for its motorcycles and scooters once again. Its most affordable bike now gets the most bump in premium. Checkout the latest prices for July here.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Price:
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 is available in four variants: base ZX, Prismatic, Connected and top-end Prismatic + Connected. The base model costs Rs 66,820, whereas the top variant retails at Rs 85,748 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Features:
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 comes with an external fuel filler cap, making refuelling an easy affair. For extra practicality, it also gets an apron-mounted multi-function key slot, a utility hook, a lockable hook below the seat, and an underseat USB charger along with a boot light. Its semi-digital instrument cluster comes with a service reminder, side stand indicator and tripmeter, apart from the standard set information.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Engine:
The BS6 model of the Hero Maestro Edge 110 is powered by a 110.9cc single-cylinder fuel-injected engine. It produces as much power as the BS4 model: 8.15PS at 7500rpm. That said, the peak torque of 8.75Nm at 5500rpm is 0.05Nm more than the BS4 version.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Suspension & Brakes:
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 continues with the same foundations as its predecessor. It features a telescopic front fork with a 12-inch front wheel for a comfortable ride. The rear uses a single shock absorber linked to a smaller 10-inch alloy wheel. The scooter rolls on 90-section tubeless tyres at both ends. Hero has equipped the Maestro Edge 110 with drum brakes at both ends with CBS as standard. Sadly, the company does not offer a front disc even as an option. The scooter is 2kg heavier than the BS4 model, tipping the scales at 112kg kerb.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Rivals:
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 rivals popular 110cc scooters, such as the TVS Jupiter and Honda Activa 6G. In its price range, you can also take a look at the Hero Splendor Plus, Bajaj Platina 110 H-Gear, TVS Star City Plus, and the Honda Dio BS6.
