I have used this bike for the last 4 years. Parts of the bike are all good and there is no issue at all in running, I use it daily to commute to my office place which is just 0.5km from my residence. It traveled a lifetime of about 20,000km. If you are looking for personal usage, this is in superb condition and can be used right away with no extra repairs/issues/permissions. All checked.
