Hero Maestro set to enter on Indian roads in March

Hero Motocorp Maestro is a product of Hero Motocorp. Hero Motocorp is bracing itself to launch two new models in the market, a scooter and the other is off-road bike segment. The off-road bike, Hero Impulse, has already been launched in the market recently, with a very competitive price. With Hero Maestro, the company is trying to create a new image in the gear less scooter market segment. At the moment, this gearless scooter segment is dominated by Activa and Dio from Honda. Hero Maestro is fitted with V-matic engine for high performance. Hero Maestro has a four-stroke air cooled with 110cc engine. Hero Maestro has advanced microprocessor ignition with TCIS that gives excellent performance. Maestro has the ability to provide power upto 8 bhp with a torque of 8.5 Nm.

Hero Maestro has a variomatic drive that allows optimum power and smooth acceleration. Hero Maestro is fitted with digital analog meter with service indicator, which acts a service reminder to the driver. The safety of the vehicle is given the top priority, and the vehicle is fitted with the combi-break system. The tyres of the vehicle have also given a special thought and the vehicle is fitted with tuff tubes for better road grip. Maestro is matted with anti-slip rubber mat and pillion foot peg adds to the additional safety features of the this scooter. Maestro has a kerb weight of 108 kilograms.

Maestro is expected to have a price tag between Rs. 45,000 and 55,000. Maestro may available in six different colors and shades, like Maestro Blue Met, Candy Blazing Red, Pearl Harvest Green, Force Silver Met, Panther Black Met, and Pearl Fadeless White. It looks like Suzuki Motors, Hero Motocorp, etc. are all gearing up for giving a tough competetion for Honda in gearless scooter segment.
