The much-anticipated 300cc machine will be launched officially by the next month and the expected price of this bike is to range between RS 1.6 lac to 2.0 lac. While details related to the bike are being revealed online at regular intervals the company has even started taking bookings for the Mojo.

The Mahindra Mojo made its debut in the Auto Expo New Delhi as a prototype model in 2010 and manufacturers took their time to update the performance of the bike and make it affordable and suitable for the Indian market.

The bike gets its power through a 300cc DOHC liquid cooled single cylinder four-valve engine that churns out a maximum power of 26 bhp at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 24 Nm at 7000 rpm. The engine power is transferred to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox. The bike gets Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres mounted over alloy wheels, telescopic forks at the front and a mono shock setup at the back side. Disc brakes are placed for both the front as well as rear wheels.

The bike is expected to be locking horns with the KTM Duke twins and the Benelli TNT 300 and will be available in three color options namely black, white red and white.
