The Speed T4 is the latest member of the Triumph 400cc modern classic family and it shares the engine with the Speed 400 but makes less power and torque. It is the most affordable bike in the Triumph's stable.

What is the price of the Triumph New Speed T4?

The Triumph New Speed T4 is priced at Rs 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in only 1 variant. It is Rs 23,000 cheaper than the 2025 Speed 400.

What are the specifications of the New Speed T4?

The Triumph New Speed T4 is powered by a 398.15cc liquid-cooled single–cylinder engine; the same as the Speed 400. The T4’s engine makes 31PS @7000rpm and 36Nm @5000rpm. It’s paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. The bike’s suspension setup comprises a telescopic fork and a monoshock. Braking duties are handled by a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS. The T4 gets 17-inch wheels on both ends and a 110/70-17 front tyre and a 140/70-17 rear tyre. The seat height is 806mm along with a kerb weight of 180kg and a 13 litre fuel tank. 

What are the features of the New Speed T4?

The New Speed T4 gets an analogue speedometer with a digital that shows tachometer, odometer, trip meter, and other regular readouts. It also has a USB port, and all-LED lights. 

What are the available colour options?

 It is available in three colour options: Metallic White, Phantom Black and Cocktail Red Wine. 

How is the New Speed T4 different from the Speed 400 MY25?

The New Speed T4 gets the same engine from the Speed 400 MY25 but has different power figures, it makes 31PS and 36Nm, which is 9.5PS and 1.5Nm less. Both the motorcycles ride on 17-inch wheels but the new Speed T4 gets a skinnier 140-section rear tyre compared to the 150-section on the 2025 Speed 400. The tyres are also different as the Speed T4 gets MRF Zapper-FX2 tyres against the Vredesteins on the 2025 Speed 400. The T4 misses out on a thicker seat cushioning and adjustable levers as well.
