Given that it is built on a budget, the features list on the Hero Electric Flash is not that impressive. It gets a basic digital information panel with minimal trip related data displayed. It gets LED DRLs but the headlight is bulb-lit.
Hero Electric Flash LA Motor:
Powering the Hero Electric Flash LA is a small 250W BLDC hub motor. The Flash LA is restricted to a top speed of 25kmph and hence doesn’t require a two-wheeler license to ride. The range from the 28AH lead-acetate batteries on the Hero Electric Flash is just 50km, good enough for small city roundabouts.

The Hero Electric Flash LA gets an underbone chassis which is suspended by a telescopic fork and twin shocks. It gets 16-inch alloy rims and drum brakes at both ends; no disc brake option here. CBS comes as standard.
