Indian Roadmaster

15 February 2018: Indian Roadmaster is a tourer motorcycle from the stable of Indian motorcycle that reflects comfort, luxury and performance. At heart, it gets a Thunder Stroke III, fuel-injected 1811cc engine that makes out 150Nm of peak torque at 2,900rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It features a considerable wheelbase of 1668mm and a fuel tank capacity of 20.8 litres that is ideal for long hauls. The Roadmaster is a feature-rich tourer, some of which include cruise control, cast aluminium frame with integrated air-box, keyless ignition, remote locking saddle bags and trunk, premium quality leather seats, horizon power shield, tire pressure monitoring, heated rider and passenger seats, heated grips, 200 Watt Stereo with AM/FM and connectivity options like Bluetooth, USB and smartphone and an abundant storage capacity of 36.2 gallons. There is a big 7-inch Indian touch-screen with Ride Command System that supports features like ambient air temperature, vehicle trouble code, real-time clock, vehicle info, ride data, dual trip meters, vehicle status (like tire pressure, oil change, engine hours and voltage), average fuel economy, average speed, GPS/navigation and more. On the braking front, it sports a 300mm dual disc brake at the front and a 300mm single disc at the rear. It has ABS as standard. There are four colour choices available including Thunder Black, Burgundy Metallic, Polished Bronze over Thunder Black with Silver Pinstripe and Pearl White over Star Silver.
