2015 Victory Magnum revealed, price starts from $21,999
A renown brand in leisure motorcycle segment- Victory Motorcycles has unveiled its 2015 product line-up, which includes a new customizable bagger- Magnum. Starting price of the bike has been held at $21,999 (approx INR 13.23 lakh according to the current exchange rates), which is similar to the company's flagship model- Cross Country Tour. Currently, the company doesn't offer any model in the Indian market however, it is expected to launch some important models in 2015.
Propelling the 2015 Victory Magnum is the same Freedom 106 motor, which powers the entire range of Victory Motorcycles. It is 1731cc, air/oil-cooled, V-twin engine, which makes 143.7Nm of peak torque. Although, the engine gets classic touch with integrated advanced technologies like- OHC with self adjusting cam chains, 8-valves with hydraulic lifters, Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and Dual throttle body.
Featuring a 21" custom wheel at the front, The new Victory Magnum gets a slammed rear end. Along with a very detailed instrumentation on the dash, it sports a 100 watt, six speaker stereo system, which is claimed as the highest performance audio ever by the company. The color matched painted features include saddle bag hinges, lock bezels, headlight/taillight bezels, dash, radiator shroud and rear fender closeouts. The company is offering 4 vibrant color options with the bike- Metasheen Black over Super Steel Grey, Magnum Red over Super Steel Grey, Ness Midnight Cherry and Plasma Lime with Silver.
Suspension system of the Magnum gets a pair of 43mm inverted forks at the front, while the rear comes equipped with a gas charged Mono-Tube with pneumatic controlled adjustment. Standard braking system combines 300mm dual disc and single disc brakes at the front and the rear respectively, while the ABS feature has been kept optional with the bike. The list of its advance features also include cruise control system, which makes you feel safe & relax throughout your ride.
