It has been officially confirmed that next-generation KTM Dukes will make their debuts at the EICMA Show on November 8.

KTM has released a dedicated microsite for the 2017 Dukes, which says that the Austrian automaker is going to unveil the upcoming streetfighters at the EICMA on November 8 in Milan, Italy. The microsite has very little information apart from a teaser video of a single motorcycle. However, the website URL hints that more than one KTM Dukes are on the way.

The teaser video on the microsite just reveals the LED headlight unit of the upcoming bike, which looks exactly like the ones on the spied 2017 KTM 390 Duke and 200 Duke test mules. However, the exhaust note of the bike created a big confusion as it is completely different when compared to the existing models. However, the power mills are expected to remain unchanged.

Some also believe that the upcoming KTM in the teaser video could be the new parallel-twin powered 800 Duke. However, the changed exhaust note could also be an effect of the new exhaust muffler which has been added to make it Euro-4 compliant. Whatever the bike in the teaser is, KTM is also expected to unveil the 2017 models of the smaller 125, 200 and the 390 Dukes.

According to the previous reports and spy pictures, the new generation KTM Dukes will look completely different from the existing models and will get some new features as well. The 390 Duke is reported to get some first-in-class features, such as riding modes. It will also retain the existing features including the switchable ABS and the slipper clutch which are not even available with many other motorcycles in the respective segment.

The 2017 KTM Dukes will also get a new subframe along with a revised geometry for more agile handling, while the components like suspension set-up and brakes will remain unchanged. Both the upcoming 200 Duke and the 390 Duke were spotted testing on the Indian roads as well, which ensures that India is also going to get these new models soon. Now, let's wait and watch what surprise KTM brings at the 2016 EICMA Show.
