The BGauss B8 will be available in three variants: lead acid, lithium-ion and LI technology. All these variants use a 1900W BrushLess DC (BLDC) hub motor which can help the scooters reach a top speed of 50kmph. On the other hand, the BGauss A2 will be offered in two variants: lead acid and lithium-ion. The two variants employ a 250W BLDC hub motor and the top speed is limited to 25kmph. The battery specifications along with the charging times and the range of all the models and variants are as follows:

All the scooters come with three riding modes: low, mid and high. That said, we aren’t sure how much of a difference the riding modes will make in the BGauss A2 and its variants considering their top speed of 25kmph.
In terms of features, the BGauss B8 lithium-ion variant gets Bluetooth connectivity whereas the BGauss B8 LI Technology variant features more geeky bits like Internet Of Things with navigation assist, ride metrics, remote diagnostics, battery’s state of health and its charging state, live tracking , geo-fencing and full charge alert. Other notable features in the scooters include anti-theft alarm, anti-theft motor locking, centralised seat lock, USB charging, reverse assist and side-stand sensor.
Underpinnings in all the scooters comprise a telescopic front fork, twin rear shock absorbers and disc brake on both ends. The B8 range features CBS as standard whereas it has been omitted in the A2 range which has a low top speed. The warranty details are as follows:
