Hero MotoCorp has finally launched the all-new Destini 125, starting at Rs 80,450 (ex-showroom Delhi). The 125cc family scooter now comes with an all-new design but features a similar silhouette as the previous version. The new Destini 125 was unveiled back in September 2024.

All-new Hero Destini 125 Variants & Price:

The all-new Hero Destini 125 is available in three different variants: VX, ZX and ZX+. The VX variant is offered in three colour options: Eternal White, Regal Black and Groovy Red. Whereas, the ZX variant is available in two colours: Cosmic Blue and Mystique Magenta and the ZX+ comes in Eternal White and Regal Black colourways with copper chrome accents. What does the new Hero Destini 125 get?

The new Hero Destini 125 continues to be powered by the same 124.6cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine as the previous version. It produces the peak output of 9PS at 7,000rpm and 10.4Nm at 5,500rpm. The scooter is paired with a new CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission) and is claimed to deliver a mileage of 59kmpl. 

Features-wise, the Destini 125 VX gets a semi-digital instrument console but misses out on smartphone connectivity. Whereas, the ZX and ZX+ variants are equipped with a full LCD instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity, via Bluetooth that displays call and SMS alerts. However, the ZX+ variant additionally gets turn-by-turn navigation. The scooter also gets an all-LED lighting setup along with auto-cancelling indicators. Other features include a spacious seat, a padded pillion backrest, boot light and a small cubby hole at the front apron.

In terms of hardware, the new Hero Destini 125 is equipped with a reworked frame providing a longer wheelbase than before. It gets a telescopic fork and an off-set monoshock. The braking setup consists of 130mm drum brakes on both ends, with (CBS) combined braking system as standard. Whereas, the ZX and ZX+ variants get a 190mm front disc brake. The 125cc scooter is fitted with 12-inch alloy wheels, both wrapped with 90-section front and 100-section rear tubeless tyres.
