BREAKING: Suzuki Burgman New Variant Launch Soon; To Get New Features
It's all set to get a bigger rear wheel and better tech
Suzuki is all set to give the Burgman Street a new variant. The new teaser on social media indicates that it'll will get a 12-inch rear wheel. That should hopefully give it better stability. That'll also put it above most of its competition, save the TVS NTorq 125 and the Aprilia SXR 125, both of which have 12-inch wheels.
The brand has also revealed that the new variant will get ‘Extra Ease’ and we think that it could come with a start-stop-system as well. Similar to the Burgman Street EX sold in the UK, this one could get the silent start system along with better efficiency. ‘Extra Efficiency’ and ‘Extra Calm’, as revealed in the video, do point towards the same.

Given that its last update was in 2020 (BS6 transition), this variant will be a much-needed one for the Burgman Street. As for the pricing, we expect the scooter to carry a price hike of about Rs 10,000. For perspective, its standard edition retails for Rs 89,900, while the Connect Edition costs Rs 93,300 (ex-showroom Delhi).
