Available in two variants: Standard and Deluxe. The Grazia has received a substantial update for 2020. It’s based on the Activa 125 and gets similar features. The BS6-compliant Grazia 125 has started reaching select dealerships across India. It’s available in two variants: Standard and Deluxe priced at Rs 73,912 and Rs 80,978 respectively (ex-showroom Delhi). Interested customers can book the scooter by putting down a token amount ranging between Rs 500 and Rs 1,000. The 2020 Grazia has been updated with all the new features seen on the Activa 125 and thus costs a premium of Rs 13,600 over the BS4 model.
The BS6 Grazia 125 looks sportier thanks to sharper-looking bodywork. You have LED DRLs on the handlebar cowl, a full-LED headlight, and the ‘jet-inspired’ redesigned tail lamp. The instrument console is a full-digital display too which houses a tachometer, 3-step eco indicator, and mileage indicator apart from the regular trove of information.
The scooter is powered by an all-new powerplant borrowed from the BS6-compliant Honda Activa 125. It's been retuned to make 8.25PS at 6000rpm and 10.3Nm at 5000rpm, as opposed to the Activa 125’s 8.29PS at 6500rpm. Torque output though remains unchanged. Notable additions include an external fuel filler cap, silent starter, an Idling Stop System (Deluxe variant) to conserve fuel in traffic, and a side-stand engine cut-off function switch. Its mechanicals remains unchanged.
It is, however, 3kg (108kg) heavier than before and has 16mm more ground clearance at 171mm. Honda offers a three-year warranty as standard and the option to extend by three more years. In terms of competition, the Honda Grazia 125 BS6 takes on the TVS NTorq 125, Suzuki Burgman Street and Aprilia SR 125.
