The Korean bike maker Hyosung is all set to launch its GD250N EXIV entry level performance bike in the European market, which was unveiled at the 2013 EICMA. The company is expected to offer the bike at a price comparatively lesser than the KTM Duke 125. So, the naked roadster will compete with the likes of KTM Duke 200, and take the benefit of lower price.

Hyosung is selling 5 bikes in India including GT250R, GT650R, GV650 (Aquila Pro), GT650N and ST7 and going to add its lowest price bike GV250 to this portfolio. As the KTM Duke 200 and 390 are doing quite well in India, the company might also bring GD250N with the GV250.

Currently, KTM is selling its most affordable naked bike Duke 125 in Europe at €3000 equivalent to 2.54 lakh INR, while Hyosung will price the new GD250N under €3000 or say 2.54 lakhs INR. So, if the bike will be launched in India and produced locally, it will be priced around Rs 1.10 lakh, which is an incredible deal for a 250cc bike
