iVoomi JeetX ZE Electric Scooter Launched; 170km Range For Rs 1 Lakh
The iVoomi JeetX ZE e-scooter comes with 3 battery pack options; Bookings will start from May 10
Pune-based startup iVoomi has launched the JeetX ZE electric scooter with prices starting from Rs 89,999. iVoomi says the ZE suffix stands for Zyada Extra. This e-scooter is available with three battery pack options – 2.1kWh, 2.5kWh, and 3kWh. The startup claims this scooter has been “engineered in India'' and has been tested for 1,00,000 km.
The iVoomi JeetX ZE looks similar to the brand’s JeetX electric scooter, which is currently on sale. Moreover, the visual changes only include the blacked-out body accents, (which are chrome on the standard scooter). The JeetX ZE also gets new paint schemes like Urban Green, Pearl Rose, Premium Gold, Morning Silver, and Shadow Brown.
While the standard JeetX has a 2kWh battery, the ZE has three battery pack options: 2.1kWh, 2.5kWh, and 3.0kWh. iVoomi claims to have improved the battery pack’s cooling by 2.4 times. These battery packs are removable and weigh around 12kg each. The ZE has a hub motor that offers a peak power of 7kW.
Adding to the convenience are features like an underseat storage space. Real-time DTE (Distance To Empty), turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and geo-fencing are also on offer. In terms of equipment, the electric scooter gets a telescopic fork, disc brake at the front, drum at the rear, all-LED lighting, 12-inch wheels at both ends, a 770mm seat height, and a flat floorboard.
