Along with announcing its entry in South India, MV Agusta showcased its limited edition F3 800 RC at the Bangalore dealership.
With an exclusive dealership in Bangalore, MV Agusta officially announced its entry in South India. To be operated under the ‘Friendly Motorcycles’ chain, this is the third ‘Motoroyale’ dealership in India, which is Kinetic Group’s chain of high-end motorcycle stores with bikes sourced from some of the leading two-wheeler brands in the world.
Moreover, the exotic Italian superbike manufacturer showcased its limited edition F3 800 RC which was soft launched earlier this year. Production of the bike is limited to 250 units for the entire world, and out of them, 9 motorcycles have been allotted to India for a retail price of Rs 19.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore). The limited edition motorcycle is a race replica of the World Superbike Championship racing team 'Reparto Corse'. Keeping all the mechanics of the standard MV Agusta F3 800, this edition gets a race bike paint job along with the AMG branding (the high-performance brand of Mercedes-Benz).
Commenting on the opening of the new dealership and unveiling of the limited edition motorcycle, Ajinkya Firodia, managing director, MV Agusta India, said, “After receiving an overwhelming response for our Pune and Ahmedabad showrooms, we are excited to launch our third showroom in Bengaluru and also unveil our limited edition model; F3 800 RC. MV Agusta is the most premium motorcycle brand in the country and its motorcycles are designed by legends like Massimo Tamburini. Owning an MV is a dream for all bike enthusiasts, and in that sense, Bangalore becomes a highly important market for us – being one of the biggest superbike markets in India. To add to this excitement we bring in the last 9 AMG branded F3 800 RC’s to India; The F3 800 RC is truly a collector’s edition; as it offers not only an unparalleled blend of power, performance and handling, but each motorcycle is autographed by Jules Cluzel and Lorenzo Zanetti; and comes with a co-branding with MV Agusta’s partners, AMG. Apart from F3, we are proud to show the in-line 4 cylinders, the Brutale 1090 & the F4, considered as the most beautiful bike in the world.”
Along with the new F3 800 RC, MV Agusta showcased its existing products at the new dealership including the F4, F3 and Brutale 1090. Following the Bangalore dealership, the company will soon be inaugurating showrooms in Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai. Apart from selling the exotic Italian superbikes, priced between Rs 16.78 – 40 lakh (ex-showroom), the Motoroyale showrooms will also focus on service, spares and after sales support for MV Agusta customers in India.
