Simple Energy Simple One: Colours Explained
Check out the colour options of the latest electric scooter to hit the Indian market
Launched on August 15, the Simple Energy Simple One made headlines and has created quite a buzz since then. The electric scooter is priced at Rs 1,09,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru) and is offered in four very appealing paint schemes. Which one should you go for? Here’s our analysis.
Brazen Black
One of many perks of having an e-scooter is the bare minimum noise it makes. And having it painted in black is a bonus to the stealth characteristic. Christened as Brazen Black, the paint scheme gels well with the black finished mirrors, inside apron, alloys and the seat. Moreover, the colour doesn’t draw too much attention and should make it easy to zip around town.

Completely contrary to the Brazen Black, the Namma Red has to be one of the loudest colours on Simple’s palette. It appears pretty striking and accentuates the sharp bodywork of the Simple One e-scooter. Unlike the previous colour, Namma Red would draw all the eyeballs around you and Simple has dedicated the colour to the state of Karnataka where its operations are based.
Azure Blue
Simple says that Azure Blue represents both the sky and the sea, and one can’t deny that. The sharp design is well balanced by the nonchalant nature of Azure Blue. Moreover, it also highlights how proportionate the scooter looks from every angle.
Grace White
It should almost be a norm for manufacturers to offer their two-wheeler in a shade of white. Draped in Grace White, the Simple One looks quite sophisticated and would make for a good office ride too. The paint elevates the simplicity of the scooter without looking bland at all. The Grace White paint would make for a brilliant choice for both youth and the elders.
