Suzuki Showcases e-Burgman At Japan Mobility Show 2023

The electric scooter features swappable batteries!

Suzuki showcased the e-Burgman electric scooter at the Japan Mobility Show 2023 as part of a demonstration experiment. The e-Burgman utilises the Gachaco replaceable battery system. 

The demonstrations began in Tokyo, from April 2023, and are now being conducted both in Tokyo and Osaka with the aim of collecting critical ride data that can be used to develop future electric vehicles. 

The e-Burgman is powered by an electric motor that produces 4kW and 18Nm and has a range of 44km when cruising  at a speed of 60 kmph. 

The ICE-powered Suzuki Burgman Street is already on sale in India and the electric scooter has already been spied testing in India. So, we expect Suzuki to bring the e-Burgman to India some time in 2024 after its international launch.
