TVS has increased the price of its entire product portfolio for the 2021-22 financial year. Its scooters have witnessed a surge in price ranging from Rs 540 to Rs 2535 depending on the model. TVS’ Scooty Pep Plus Matte edition now costs Rs 58,759, as opposed to the earlier Rs 56,224 asking price. Luckily, the price hike isn’t that substantial, unlike a couple of other manufacturers. To keep things fresh, TVS recently launched the Star City Plus BS6 in a new colour for Holi. Apart from the new livery, though, the bike remains cosmetically and mechanically unchanged. The Apache RTR 160 4V was also updated to make more power and torque while shedding 2kg of weight. This makes it the most powerful 160cc streetfighter in its segment. More details here.
