The new variant of TVS NTorq comes with a list of functional, as well as aesthetic changes over the other models, and here's a detailed look:

TVS recently unveiled the NTorq XT variant with substantial differences over the other grades. Let’s have a look at this new version of the NTorq through images.

The new NTorq XT continues to retain the aggressive sporty styling as before; except, TVS has equipped this iteration with a new graphic design that helps it stand out from the other variants

The new neon green and blue colourway, coupled with new graphics go well with the LED headlight (same as the Race edition variant). The sleek yellow highlight on top of the tail lamp adds to its sporty appeal.

It also gets a SmartXtalk voice assistant that can be used to control modes, screen brightness, music and navigation. Additionally, the rider gets plentiful information, including warnings for low fuel, fuel wastage, rain and low phone battery through audio feedback.

The XT flaunts a new industry-first hybrid-split TFT and LCD digital instrument cluster with the new TVS SmartXonnect. It features a dedicated screen for the Race Mode, with lap timer, top speed indicator, and a 0-60kmph timer. There’s also a new feature called Smartxtrack, which helps keep track of social media, news and weather updates.

Additionally, the NTorq XT has a lighter, sportier alloy wheel compared to all the other variants. A small rim sticker in neon green color further compliments the overall appeal.

Other features carried over from the Race Edition variant include Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, USB charging socket, underseat LED light and two display modes: Street and Sport.

Powering the NTorq 125 XT is a 124.8cc, 3-valve, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 9.3PS and 10.5Nm, the same as the Race Edition variant. However, the figures are less than RaceXP’s 10.2PS and 10.8Nm.

The NTorq XT is suspended on the same telescopic fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. The scooter is anchored by a disc in the front and a drum brake in the back.
