Okinawa R30 Summary
Okinawa R30 e-scooter is the most affordable offering from the EV brand, priced at Rs 61,998 (ex-showroom, without subsidies).
The R30 is a low-speed electric scooter with a top speed of 25kmph. This means users are not required to have a licence to ride this e-scooter. It is powered by a 250-watt BLDC hub motor drawing power from a detachable 1.25kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The battery pack offers a range of 60km and can be fully charged in 4-5 hours using a household socket. Suspension components include telescopic forks and dual rear shock absorbers. It gets 10-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. Braking is via drum brakes on both ends.
The Okinawa R30 competes with other low-speed electric scooters such as the Benling Kriti, Lohia Oma Star, Avan Xero Plus and Techno Electra Neo. Price-wise, it competes with the Ampere Reo Elite, Evolet Derby, Benling Falcon and Hero HF Deluxe.

- Nice ExperienceAfter using the Okinawa R30 E-Bike daily for several months now, I can confidently say it has proven to be a sturdy and reliable workhorse. Powered by a 350W BLDC mid-drive motor and a 48V 14AH lithium battery this e-bike provides more than enough power and range for my daily rides of around 15 to 20 km. The motor delivers good pickup and torque for climbing slopes easily.
