It has been assisted with MAP sensing and variable spark timing management system that ensures a crisp and undelayed throttle response. With this hardware in stock, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 60kmph in 8.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 100kmph. Piaggio Vespa runs on 90/100-10 53J tyres and comes equipped with 200mm ventilated disc brake at the front and 130mm drum brake at the rear. The suspension tasks are handled by Aircraft derived single side arm with anti-dive characteristics upfront and Dual-effect hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear.
