CS Santosh secures 10th Position in FIM Cross-Country Rallies World Championship

The Indian supercross rider S Santosh Chunchungguppe became country's most promising talent on the two-wheels by securing his position among top 10 riders in one of the toughest world cross country rallies- FIM Cross-Country Rallies World Championship in United Arab Emirates. Riding a KTM Rally Replica, he took 20 hours, 9 minutes and 42 seconds to complete the rally. He secures the 10th position among 34 classified pilots, with a delay of 3 hours, 11 minutes and 55 seconds over the best lap time of 16hours, 57 minutes and 47 seconds.
Santosh is one of the finest Supercross and off-road rider and his hard work has led him to win many national and international championships. He is four times National Supercross Champion and also has won many events in other countries like Sri Lankan Championship. The 30-year old rider has gone through a very hard training for years to become an off-road champion. Apart from the cross training, he has spent lots of time in running, swimming in the gym pumping iron to keep himself fit.
CS Santosh has also developed his own Motocross track in Kolar, christened as Big Rock Motopark, where he is training the future Indian motocross riders. It is a one stop shop for or roading enthusiasts, where you can get all the riding and protection gears along with the basic training. That means Santosh is not only representing India in the world Supercross, but also making a strong base for the future of off-roading in India.
