Yamaha has already launched its latest entry-level-performance motorcycles R3 and R25 in different countries. However, India is still waiting for one of these fantastic machines. Earlier, we were not sure that which one will enter in the highly competitive and world’s largest two wheeler market, but now it seems that the company could bring the bigger one here. According to an Indian import and export database website- Zauba.com, the company has imported 2 units of the bike for the R&D purpose. It hints that the company might launch the Yamaha R3 in India sometime this year.
Unlike the track focused R15, the new Yamaha R3 has been designed like a daily superbike. The full faired machine has comfortable ergonomics such that you can use it for daily commuting as well. It is a lightweight A2-licence category bike, developed using pure R-series DNA and gets all the feature like a supersport machine including a masculine fuel tank, split seat, clip-ons and many more.
