Johammer J1 serial electric motorcycle revealed

Johammer, the Austrian electric bike maker has revealed its new innovation-J1, the electric cruiser. J1.200 gets an innovative energy supply system, which makes it the first serial electric motorcycle with reach beyond 200 kilometers, using a 12.7 kWh battery pack. Its another variant J1.150 comes an 8.3 kilowatt hour battery pack, which claims a range over 150 kilometers.

The bike sports a very unique design and futuristic appearance with an extreme torsion stiff middle-frame made from aluminium, provides space for spring damper and battery pack, while Weight, stability and function result in a perfect synergy.

It also gets two fold frame-profile-wing with progressive buffercontrol in the frontand a one-arm-wing out of aluminium-cast with progressive buffer-control is in the rear.

Both the Johammer J1.200 and J1.150 sports an 11 kilowatt hub-mounted motor, which develops 14 horsepower. It also has regenerative braking and a single-stage “twist-and-go” gearbox, which increases the ease of control.

They gets hub-center steering and two foot peg options allow for individual adaptation, resulting in unmached ergonomic reach. Its multi-functional rear view mirrors with high-resolution 2.4“ screen, tells about all relevant driving parameters.

The company has already announced the prices for both the models, J1.150 has been priced under $32,000, while the J1.200 will be available under $35,000.
