The Japanese auto giant Kawasaki is now also focusing on the entry level segment along with the high performance segment. A couple of months ago, the company revealed its Z250, a 250cc naked sport bike, while it has already announced its plans of relaunching Ninja 250R with some minor tweaks. Now a new naked motorcycle model with Kawasaki on the fuel tank has been spotted in Indonesia.
The motorcycle was sporting a single cylinder engine, might be of 150-200cc displacement. Pictures of the bike are showing a naked chassis, painted in red and an aggressive front on the bike, which confirms that it is a naked street motorcycle. These types of bikes come under the Z brand of the company, so we believe the bike might be a Z150 or Z200.
It got the muscular look and platform of the bike, which was also looking refreshed. Front of the bike shows a bold head lamp with a below pilot lamp. We can see telescopic forks at the front and single shock suspension with aluminium swing-arm at the rear. The bike gets disc brakes equipped to both the front and rear wheels which are covered by wide tubeless tyres. Rear of the bike is looking quite similar to the Ninja 300, except the exhaust muffler, which gets a little tweaked.
Kawasaki might also launch the bike in the Indian market along with European markets, where it will compete with the entry level performance bikes between 150-200cc like Yamaha YZF-R15, Bajaj Pulsar 200NS, Honda CBR150R and KTM Duke 200.
