Kolkata Chai Pakoda Breakfast Run to held Tomorrow

India Bike Week (IBW) is organizing Chai Pakoda Breakfast Runs as pre promotional events in all the big cities. And this time Kolkata is going to witness this amazing congregation of bikers, Chai Pakoda Breakfast Ride will be held tomorrow morning in Kolkata to increase the excitement among the enthusiast for the Inida's biggest bike event. The largest motorcycle party set to take place in Goa from 17th to 18th January 2014.

The event will see bikers take part in the run, starting at the Azad Hind Dhaba, On the Delhi Road (NH2), Bharat Petroleum Pump, Gopalpur Hoogly at 8:30 am and riding for about 60 kilometers to their destination, followed by breakfast and tea. Earlier organised in Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad before coming to Kolkata on Sunday.

“What sets this Bike Week apart from the rest of the biking events is that the idea here is to promote the biker and not the bike. We are looking to promote biking brotherhood in India as a whole and that means anyone with a two-wheeler can take part and it is not confined to just a particular brand,” explained Shrijit Patil, an organizer for IBW.

Speaking on the occasion, Martin da Costa, CEO of 70 EMG said, “We’re organizing Chai and Pakoda rides in 20 cities across India to bring riders together as a Brotherhood regardless of what they ride. Chai & Pakoda welcomes all bikers, and in Kolkata on Sunday we expect 450 guys and girls riding out together on their favourite machines. It is the start of what will lead up to the second edition of one of India’s biggest ever Festivals – India Bike Week ’14 – THE largest gathering of hard core bikers, fans of the two wheeler way of living, travellers and India’s many music and Festival Fans.” The largest Indian Bike fest, IBW in association with Wolfpack India has been organized by the India’s largest Festival planners the SEVENTY Event Media Group, together with the Numero Uno Travel and Lifestyle channel FOX Traveller. So, this time it will be more Intressting for all the biking Enthusiasts of India.

Elaborating on this, Mr. Keertan Adyanthaya, MD- FOX International Channels said, “Last year, the Chai and Pakoda rides were organized in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Shillong, Kochi and Bangalore and the participation was over-whelming. This year we expect that the participation will increase in leaps and bounds with every city. Moreover, the most important festival of Bikers, Bikes, Music & Mayhem in Indian history i.e India Bike Week is being held in Goa from January 17 and 18 in 2014 and these Chai & Pakoda rides are also a mode to spread the word about IBW.”
