KTM has introduced a new Black paint scheme on Duke 390 in Europe and India will also grt this Black Duke 390 very soon. In this new variant, the Black has been used on visor, rear cowl, fuel tank and engine cowl, while the graphics remains the same. The new paint scheme is looking quite impressive. Earlier, KTM used the paint updation strategy with its Duke 200, which was proved quite successful.
These days, paint job updation is a good market strategy in two-wheeler segment and some players like Yamaha and Honda knows very well that how to use this. Yamaha time to time introduce new editions of its YZF R15, FZ series and Fazer bikes by changing the paint scheme. Honda also has 3 kind of paint schemes for CBR250R and recently, it has launched a new anniversary addition of Dream Yuga in Red-Black dual tone paint.
The new KTM Duke 390 Black version will not receive any technical update and the price will also remain same as of the current variant. The bike has been powered a 373.2cc, single cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid cooled engine, which churns out a maximum power of 43bhp and a peak torque of 35Nm and comes with a price tag of Rs. 1.8 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
