Leoncino concept will reach the Manufacturing Plant Next Year

Despite being taken over by a Chinese Corporation, designs displayed by Benelli at EICMA are developed in Pesaro, Italy. The bike shown in the picture is Leoncino which is a fresh toy with an attractive, and rare design that showed up at Milan.
This is the a concept model and it is expected to reach manufacturing plant by next year. Till the time we spot this ultimate two-wheeler on streets, let’s talk about the specifications it will be having to tempt us. The company has claimed that Leoncino will carry a 500cc parallel twin engine with DOHC which will produce a power of 48 hp and maximum torque of 44.7 Nm.

Other features of the bike are:
- 6-Speed gearbox
- Steel trellis frame with 50mm fork
- Adjustable shock in back
- Knobby tyres
- 320 mm Upfront dual disc brakes squeezed by radial mount calipers

The looks of the 500cc twin powered scrambler are very attractive, but experts believe that sales of the company will depend upon the marketing strategy. However, if not marketed well the newly styled Leoncino may not garner enough customers' interest and good sales figures.
