The company has increased the prices of the more affordable variants of both the Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES. It’s not all bad news though
- The two models received more affordable colour variants back in August 2019.
- This is the first time Royal Enfield has hiked the prices of these models.
- Despite the price hike, they still remain the most affordable motorcycles in Royal Enfield’s lineup.
Royal Enfield has hiked the price of the more affordable colour variants of two of its models: the Bullet 350 and the Bullet 350 ES. The Bullet 350 gets two affordable colour options: Onyx Black and Bullet Silver. These are now priced at Rs 1,14,755, an increment of around Rs 2,700.
The less expensive colour options of the Bullet 350 ES are Regal Red, Jet Black and Royal Blue. They now cost Rs 1,30,365, which makes them dearer by 3,700. All these colours were launched back in August this year, and this is the first time Royal Enfield has hiked the prices for these models.
The newly introduced affordable colours of both the Bullet 350 and the Bullet 350 ES come with blacked-out powertrain and rims, and single-channel ABS, to keep costs competitive. Interestingly, the Bullet 350 ES gets an electric start whereas the base Bullet 350 doesn’t. Check this out for a more detailed explanation of the Royal Enfield Bullet family.
Despite the minor hike in prices, they still remain the most affordable bikes in the cult bikemaker’s lineup. Both bikes are powered by a 346cc air-cooled single-cylinder motor which churns out 20PS and 28Nm. While the two bikes share the same telescopic fork setup up front, the Bullet 350 comes with twin shock absorbers whereas the ES version packs twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear.
In a related development, Royal Enfield recently showcased a range of interesting custom builds at this year’s EICMA. You can read all about them here.
