A Thailand-based custom builder has converted the Bullet 500 into a beautiful bobber motorcycle
A Thailand-based custom modifier, Ranger Korat, has transformed a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 into a bobber motorcycle. The custom house says the total cost for this project was 60,000 Baht (around Rs 1.35 lakh), excluding the price of the bike. For reference, the Bullet 500 currently retails in Thailand at 1,79,800 Baht (around Rs 4.05 lakh).

A striking element of this gorgeous build is the front suspension. The mod house has replaced the stock telescopic fork with a vintage springer fork. The contoured single-piece seat has also been removed to accommodate a retro-style sprung bobber seat, and the stock circular halogen headlight has been replaced by a vintage unit. The rear fender has made way for a sleeker chopped aluminium unit.
Then there's the fishtail exhaust that looks more stylish and expensive than the stock peashooter and goes really well with the bike's makeover. Additionally, the mod house has increased the wheelbase of the motorcycle by extending the swingarm by three inches. Other notable modifications on the motorcycle include a drag-style handlebar and vintage pattern tyres.
Equipment that has been retained includes twin shock absorbers at the rear and the disc-drum brake setup. That said, the disc caliper has been moved forward to go with the unique suspension setup.
Other pieces of equipment which appear to be stock include the 19-/18-inch spoke wheels, fuel tank, and the 499cc single-cylinder engine that produces 27.20PS and 41.3Nm.
