In order to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its first Top to Tip record, the team at Royal Enfield embarked on yet another Top to Tip challenge, also celebrating the launch of their first exclusive store in the UK. The Top to Tip challenge, a sprint ride, was attempted by five teams of motorcycle enthusiast starting from the John O’Groats - the northern most tip of UK and continuing as a relay till Land’s End - the southern tip of the United Kingdom. The anniversary ride was completed in a record time of 20 hours and 47 minutes.
The UK store is Royal Enfield’s first company store outside India and houses the entire portfolio including the Continental GT, the Bullet 500 and the Classic range. The store also has Royal Enfield apparel and accessories including tee-shirts, jackets, riding denims, helmets, boots, riding gloves, goggles and buffs.
The store illustrates RE’s brand philosophy of ‘Pure Motorcycling’ and offers consumers a glimpse of what may be seen in a motorcycle enthusiast’s drawing room. The most striking part of the store is the full blown wall display of the Royal Enfield Continental GT featuring the bike’s frame and internal parts.
