Steelbird Opens Its Second Riderz Shoppe

A true rider knows the importance of the safety gears and helmet, and more importantly the value of a right one. Here in India, a biker dedicated outlet is pretty rear, but now India’s largest helmet brand Steelbird and BIEFFE- World's Number One company in Helmets are gearing up to make things easier and to provide such biker dedicated outlets. Recently, Steelbird has set up its second exclusive retail outlet to sell world famous riding gears and helmets in Karnataka. This is the second riderz shoppee of steelbird which has just come out in Bidar at Karanataka. Known as RIDERZ SHOPPE these shops to sell riding gears like Helmets, Bikers Suits, Jackets, gloves, Sun Glasses, knee pads, wind suits, rain suits etc.

The concepts of exclusive shoppee where a motorcycle ride can choose riding gears at his own may be a new concept for India but in western countries you will find lot of such outlets and are very popular among the bikers. After the success of first pilot project in Delhi, Steelbird has set up this shoppee in Southern India, due to overwhelming demand of Steelbird products in this part of the country. Sharing the vision behind this move of Steelbird Helmets, Shailendra Jain Head Sales & Marketing told, “Cities like Bidar, Bangalore, Mysore, Pondicherry Ludhiana, Patiala are known as bikers hub, where people are fascinated for bikes. You can find super bikes and lot of trendy bikes in the possession of youngster these days. To ride these bikes one must have riding gears which we will provide through these shoppee’s. To begin with we are selling Steelbird‘s exclusive range of helmets, pannier boxes, bikers gloves, shoes, jackets goggles and other allied products. We shall keep introducing new and hi-tech biking gears in due course of time in these shoppee.

Elaborating the expansion plans Mr Jain added, “Within next 2 years, we intend to open around 200 Riderz Shoppee across India, out of which we intend to open 50 outlets in southern India including cities like Bangalore, Mysore, Udupi, Chennai, Hyderabad, where biking is also a passion, more than commuting.” He added “Indian two wheeler industries has maximum share of motorcycles, creating a huge market for Biking Gears. However, the riders have hardly any choice if he wishes to buy authentic branded and international quality riding gears. By opening Riderz Shoppe, we are certainly bridging this huge gap and also educating people to go for qualitative products as every single product we are offering will help the riders to drive safely with style.”
