Brace yourselves for the very first look of the Hero Karizma XMR 210 without any camouflage. The sporty bike was showcased at a recent dealer event with Hero MotoCorp’s CEO Pawan Munjal sitting on the bike. Here’s a rundown of all that the bike flaunts.
With an aggressive full-fairing design language, the new Karizma XMR 210 is indeed staying true to its sporty roots. The LED headlight is entirely one unit with integrated LED lamps, DRLs and turn indicators. The high rise fuel tank, and split seat setup increase the sporty appeal of the bike, along with the flashy red and black dual tone paint scheme. Despite its sporty nature, the seat looks well-cushioned and quite comfortable.
The footpegs are slightly rear set and it will get raised clip-on bars. This should make for a sporty position without it being completely aggressive like the Yamaha R15 V4 or the KTM RC 200. It gets flashy new blacked-out spoke alloys as well and features a new stubby exhaust with a brush metal finish cover.

We already know that the Karizma XMR 210 will be powered by a liquid-cooled engine displacing somewhere around 210 cee cees. Given its short stroke engine architecture, we expect this mill to make around 25PS and 22Nm, quite similar to what the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 makes.
Underpinnings are quite humble – telescopic fork and a monoshock suspension setup. Braking hardware seems to be new with new petal discs on both ends with axial callipers. Slightly different from the Hero XPulse 200T.
Summing up, the upcoming Hero Karizma XMR 210 looks like an interesting product for the current market with very few fully faired bikes. And it seems to stay quite true to the iconic Karizma brand name as well. Expect it to debut somewhere around September 2023 with a price tag of around Rs 1.75 lakh ex-showroom. It will resume its rivalries with the Pulsars, now going up against the Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
