Trouve Motors, a Delhi-based EV start-up, has teased its upcoming electric maxi scooter, the H2. The e-scooter packs some insane performance figures and interesting features, and the pre-bookings for it will be commencing from August.
Let's talk about the design first. From what can be seen on the teaser image, the H2 employs an unconventional maxi-scooter styling which fuses with its futuristic design, though it somewhat reminds us of the BMW CE 04. It gets green pinstripes across the body with sharp cuts on the body panels. It also features a carbon fibre finish, which on the teaser looks quite cool. Other elements include a fascia-mounted LED headlight, a raised pillion seat, and a large front visor. At the rear, the H2 gets a sleek taillight setup, which looks similar to the Husqvarna Vektorr.
Trouve Motors has disclosed that the H2 will be powered by a liquid-cooled electric motor churning out 7.9kW of peak power and 4.8kW of continuous power. The specs on the battery pack are not yet revealed. However, Trouve claims a range of 130-230km on a single charge. The e-scooter runs on a belt drive system and is capable of doing the0-60kmph sprint in a claimed 4.3 seconds.

In terms of features, we only know that the e-scooter is said to have 4G connectivity and in-built Google functionality for internet features.
The H2 is suspended on a USD fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. The details on the braking components aren’t clear yet, however, it does get twin-pot callipers, and could feature discs on both ends. It rolls on 14-inch wheels on both ends.
The Trouve H2 can be expected to be priced north of Rs 1.50 lakh, and the company plans on launching the e-scooter as well as starting deliveries for it in the first half of 2023.
Apart from the H2, Trouve also plans on launching two more electric maxi scooters along with the electric hyper-sports superbike that the company teased a couple of weeks back. The EV maker’s ambitious plans involve availing the e-bike for bookings later this year and commencing deliveries in 2023.
