The tank and exhaust design looks pretty similar to that of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650
Royal Enfield is set to launch some new motorcycles in 2024, and the Royal Enfield Classic 650 might be one of them. Some new spy shots of the Classic 650 have now surfaced online, revealing some new details about the bike.
The fuel tank's shape resembles that of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, and it features slightly upswept chrome-finished pea-shooter exhausts. The pillion seat appears to be similar to one seen on the Shotgun 650. The overall design is similar to the Royal Enfield Classic 350, including the headlight nacelle with “tiger” halogen lamps and an upright riding stance due to mid-set footpegs and a mid-rise handlebar.
Previous spy shots also showed that the Classic 650 will have an LED headlight and halogen turn indicators. The suspension setup will consist of a telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. It's based on the Super Meteor 650 and will be powered by the same 648cc air-/oil-cooled BS6.2-compliant engine producing 47PS and 52Nm.
Expected to launch in early 2024, the Royal Enfield Classic 650 is likely to have a price tag of Rs 3.2 lakh (ex-showroom).
