Yamaha’s new Fascino 125-Fi gets an extensive colour palette, but which shade suits you best?
Yamaha stepped into the 125cc space by introducing the Fascino 125-Fi and the Ray ZR 125-Fi. Both scooters come with multiple colour options, which can get a bit confusing. Making things simpler for you, we’ve penned down the seven available colours and picked the best among the lot.
Yellow Cocktail:
Unless you’re a sucker for bright colours that make your eyes water, we’d stay away from this shade. It’s bright and comes out a little too strong for our taste.
Sauve Copper:
A big NO. While the design tweaks help the scooter carry off a range of new colours, Sauve Copper just isn’t meant to be.
Vivid Red:
If you like attention, this bright shade of red will certainly help you stand out. However, the sheer intensity of the paint scheme doesn’t gel well with the scooter’s elegant design language.
Metallic Black:
It’s definitely low key but also a bit tasteless in our opinion. That said, the contrasting silver highlights do a good job defining the scooter’s design.
Cyan Blue:
Shades of blue clearly suit the Fascino’s character, hence, we’ve narrowed it down to the last three paint schemes. The colour is sure to grab eyeballs wherever you go. Sure, it might be a bit flashy for some, but it contrasts well with the blacked-out mechanicals and the burgundy seat.
Matte Blue:
It’s a similar story with matte blue. It’s simple yet elegant and helps bring the scooter to life. The silver accents also do a good job accentuating the scooter’s design.
Dark Matte Black:
It’s pretty clear by now that our pick of the lot is Dark Matte Black. We love the premium feel of the dual-tone colour and how it comes together to add to Fascino’s overall appeal. It isn’t gaudy or dull in any sense. In fact, it’s smart and classy.
