Only the MT-15 gets a minor price cut
It has been barely a couple of months and Yamaha is once again asking more money for its two-wheelers. While some bikes like the FZ25 and the FZS25 have been spared this price hike, most of them have seen a revision of around Rs 2000, with only one of these Yammies now getting cheaper. Here’s the new price list:
Even the likes of the Fascino 125 Hybrid and the FZ-X have not been spared the price hike. Both these two-wheelers were launched in the past couple of months. We have ridden the neo retro commuter recently. Here’s what we think about it.
Speaking to our dealer friends, the standard version of the Fascino 125 has been discontinued. Only the latest micro-hybrid trims will arrive at dealerships. Yamaha has tweaked the powertrain in such a manner that the Smart Motor Generator provides a small boost to get off the line as quickly as possible. We hope to put this claim to the test soon enough.
The RayZR 125 Hybrid is all set to be launched soon. Our sources suggest that Yamaha will be launching the sporty 125cc scooter by the end of the month or early next month. We expect it to arrive at a slight premium over the outgoing RayZR 125.
