Of the two bikes, the MT-15 has received the highest price bump
Yamaha India has revised the prices of two of its popular offerings: YZF R15 V3 and the MT-15. This price hike has probably been introduced to lower the expected delta between the currently available standard models and the upcoming ones with the Bluetooth provision. Here’s the full spill of the new and old prices:
Yamaha’s only supersports currently available in India, the YZF R15 V3, has received a nominal price hike of Rs 2,500. On the other hand, the MT-15 has become Rs 5,000 costlier, which could be for the forthcoming dual-channel ABS version. Apart from that, prices for all the other models remain unchanged.

The company recently launched the neo-retro FZ-X priced from Rs 1,16,800 onwards. Compared to the donor FZ-FI priced at Rs 1,04,700 you pay a premium of more than Rs 12,000 and get the same motor, same underpinnings with different styling. So choosing between the two models really boils down to your taste.
At the same launch event, Yamaha also unveiled the 2021 Yamaha Fascino 125 Hybrid and RayZR 125. Expect the updated scooters to be launched soon.
