The production number is limited to 100 and the bike will be available in three colour options
DSK Motowheels introduced the limited edition of its quarter-litre cruiser bike, the Aquila 250. The company will be restricting the production of the motorcycle to 100 units and it will be available in three colour options – Matte Green, Carbon Black and Desert Brown. The previously existing colours – Blue, Black and Red – will also be sold alongside.
DSK is also offering its customers with 0 per cent finance schemes – offered under special terms and conditions – on the purchase of its bikes. The Aquila 250 is powered by a 249cc four-stroke DOHC, eight-valve 75 degrees V-Twin, oil-cooled engine which develops a maximum power of 26.57PS @ 9500rpm and a peak torque of 21.37Nm @ 7000rpm. The bike is equipped with a telescopic suspension at the front and twin hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. The fuel tank capacity is 14 litres.
At the announcement, Shirish Kulkarni, chairman, DSK Motowheels, said, “The DSK Hyosung Aquila 250 has been a high-demand cruiser in the sub-500cc market segment. In order to mark its success, we are proud to announce 100 limited edition units of the Aquila 250 which will be available in three trendy colours including matte green, carbon black and desert brown. We have partnered with various financial institutions to provide interest-free loans for all the motorcycles on offer in the DSK Hyosung line-up.”
The bike is priced at Rs 2.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
