Bajaj Auto welcomes budget

After presentation of the positive budget for the automobile industry by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee; Bajaj Auto Chairman Rahul Bajaj said that Bajaj Auto is happy to see no changes in excise duty for vehicles. He said that the auto industry will grow with the same pace.

Bajaj Auto is the India's second largest two-wheeler manufacturer after Hero Honda. The company is selling bikes in domestic and overseas market. And its most popular and flagship bike models are Bajaj Pulsar, Bajaj Discover and Bajaj Platina.
Meanwhile, eco-friendly vehicle will also get boost from the budget and it will also see continuous growth. So all the electric vehicle manufacturer such as Hero, Avon etc will rise as a big player in the market. Already the Government is providing subsidy on the E-vehicles. Now Hero Electric and Yo bikes will be benefited from the new budget.

Bajaj Auto has already announced its new bike Bajaj Pulsar 250cc, so it might be launched before the end of this year and it will an answer to Honda CBR 250R which is going to launch in the month of April this year. Meanwhile, new variant of Bajaj Boxer might also be launched in the spring or end of this year.
