Everve Motors Teases Premium E-scooter, To Be Unveiled At 2020 Auto Expo

The e-scooter is currently in its prototype form and is set to hit Indian roads towards the end of 2020

Everve Motors, Pune-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer is all prepped to take the wraps off its first electric scooter at Auto Expo 2020. The scooter, which will be unveiled on February 6, will be positioned as a premium offering with a claimed top speed of 110kmph! The company also says that its lithium-ion battery can be fully charged within 5 hours via a conventional 5A socket. While these are bold statements, there’s no concrete information to support these numbers. Guess we’ll just have to wait until Auto Expo to find out.

On the feature front, the scooter gets a full-digital instrument console with readouts like range, battery status, maps, location, error codes, riding modes and boost, among others. The teased images show the scooter with LED lights and blue highlights on the front apron, floorboard and side panels. Fat chunky tyres may offer better stability. As of now, the scooter is still in its prototype stage and will take until late 2020 to come into production.

Currently, in its prototype stage, the e-scooter is set to hit the roads by the last quarter of 2020.
