Garware Motors to launch mobile service units for Hyosung bikes

Garware Bestretch Limited, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and exporters of Latex and Latex-Free Elastic Rubber Products announced their maiden business venture into the automotive segment with the launch of Garware Motors Limited. The company has launched its two new bikes in India namely Hyosung GT 650R and ST7 in the segment of sports and cruiser.
The company has its dealers in few cities of India so Garware Motors could supplement their service backup for the GT650R and the ST7 by mobile service units which will be able to reach areas which do not have Garware service stations. This is good news for people who are out of the 10 cities where the dealerships will be launched and an innovative initiative by Garware.
S&T Motors are world class technology giants in the South Korean market since 1978. Garware Motors with the help of S&T Motors will set up an assembly plant at Wai in Maharashtra with a capacity to manufacture 8-10 bikes a day. The plant would have a full fledged assembly line, CKD storage facility, test track and a quality centre.
Garware Motors will introduce motorcycles and cruisers in the untapped 650cc-700cc segment for the first time in India. Garware Motors will aim to provide the Indian consumer with a world-class biking experience in the affordable luxury segment.
Its first bike Hyosung GT650R is a street bike which is powered by an engine capacity of 650 cc. The powerful and dynamic engine of the Hyosung GT 650R produces a power of 54.2kw at 9000rpm and belts out a maximum torque of 60.9 Nm at 7250rpm. The powerplant of the strong Hyosung GT 650R has been loaded with V twin 4 stroke, 2 cylinder, liquid cooled, DOHC valve configuration. The bike is very powerful and also a great performer. The Hyosung GT 650R is expected to be incorporated with 6 speed manual gearbox, electric start and electric ignition.
Hyosung ST7 is a powerful bike in the cruiser segment. The bike is equipped with 678.2 cc, 4 strokes, liquid cooled, 90 V Twin, 4 valves per cylinder and DOHC valve engine that is very powerful. The 678.2 cc engine of Hyosung ST7 delivers maximum power of 60 bhp and 63 Nm of top torque at 7500 rpm. Hyosung ST7 is coupled with 5 Speed Manual Transmission for smooth shifting of gears. All the Hyosung bikes have competitor price tag and innovative features.
