World's major cruiser motorcycle manufacturer, Harley Davidson has sold its first cruiser motorcycle in Andhra Pradesh. The New Harley-Davidson bike has been purchased by one of the most famous Telugu film actor, N. T. Rama Rao Jr. who becomes the first owner of Harley-Davidson bike in South Indian market. The company has recently launched its first sales outlet in Hyderabad and NTR graced the launch ceremony on Friday along with purchasing a higher range cruiser motorcycle that is about Rs.35 lakhs. Indian roads will not be creating difficulty for the Harley bikes. The showroom owner Jairam said, “If Audis and other luxury cars are able to run here, I do not see any reason why the Harleys should have a problem.”
Harley merchandise like jackets, shoes, helmets, gloves, t-shirts, watches and other interesting stuff will also be available at the outlet." Harley-Davidson has already launched their all new cruiser motorcycles including 5 models and 7 variants and will be available between price tag of Rs. 7 lakh to 35 lakh. Another world's major players are also accelerated to launch their new heavy weight brands soon in India such as Ducati bikes, KTM, Suzuki Motorcycles, Yamaha Motors etc.
