Harley’s 2023 Lineup Is Here & The Prices Will Make You Sweat

For the cost of the flagship model, you could buy a house!

April has brought with it Harley-Davidson’s updated 2023 lineup and if the specifications of the bikes don't make you cry out of excitement, the prices will do exactly the opposite. 

2023 Harley-Davidson Sportster Range

Apart from being the most affordable bike in Harley’s lineup, the Nightster is also the lightest at 221kg (kerb). Compared to the previous model, the 2023 Nightster is no different, except for there being no front cowl. 

At Rs 80,000 more than the standard model, the Nightster Special is the newest entry to Harley’s Indian lineup, sitting right between the standard and the flat-track-themed offering, the Sportster S. The Special variant gets the cowl in addition to practical bits like a pillion seat with footpegs. 

2023 Harley-Davidson Cruiser Range

Looking for a cruiser? The Harley Davidson offers three full-fledged big bad American cruisers to choose from. The Fat Bob 114 is sporty, has a more modern appeal and is also the most affordable of the lot. And need we say more about Fat Boy 114? One of the most iconic Harley names ever, especially from the iconic movie, Terminator 2. The Fat Boy and Heritage Classic also get a Special 120 Years Edition variant which costs Rs 25,99,000 and Rs 27,49,000 respectively.

You want something bigger and more vintage-looking? Then the Heritage Classic is the perfect one, and also really expensive, more expensive than the BMW S 1000 RR.

2023 Harley-Davidson ADV Range

The only ADV that Harley has on offer in India is the Pan America 1250 Special. The Big Daddy of adventure bikes is also great for touring, with options for running on alloy wheels as well as spoked rims.

2023 Harley-Davidson Touring Range

For better comfort and convenience while touring, you get the BIG H-D tourers, which boast of a really HIGH price tag. The Street Glide Special and Road Glide Special are indeed special bikes for their dominating road presence and just how big they are. The two motorcycles are also available in an ultra-premium Anniversary Editions as well, priced at Rs 39,99,000 for the Street Glide and Rs 43,49,000 for the Road Glide

The Special 120 Years Edition bikes come with a much more premium red paint scheme, “120 years anniversary” logo, and classy dual tone panniers and seats.

There is a good reason for the high prices. Harley in India now comes only via the CBU route, attracting hefty taxes and import duties, resulting in a much higher price.

To cater to the Indian masses even better, Harley joined hands with Hero MotoCorp to introduce a much affordable 400cc bike which was recently teased. In fact, it could be priced as low as Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom). Here’s all you need to know about the HD400.
